Q: What's the best way to place an order?

A: If you have an order that's needed urgently, please call us directly! We offer a convenient online ordering form on our website, you can send an email with your order to orders@eckelsandcompany.com or give us a call at: 1.800.265.8350

 

We also have a hard copy order form you can print out and scan to email to us, or fax to: 1.800.914.1141

 

Q: What if I cannot find something I'm looking for?

A: Give us a call or send us an email. While we try to keep our urn offerings up to date, some products that were in our older catalogues may have been discontinued and may not appear on our website. It's possible we still have some stock remaining or can possibly special order it in for you.

 

Q: How long does it take for an urn to arrive?

A: Depending on where you're located, your order will ship from our warehouse in Guelph, Ontario, or from our warehouse in Livonia, Michigan. Standard delivery to some local areas can be as soon as overnight, or possibly 3 or more business days if you're across the country! If need something by a specific time and need a shipping timeframe please let us know so that we can arrange for express shipping. We recommend that you always give yourself an extra day or two to receive the item in case of weather delays, etc. Generally speaking, as long as we get confirmation for an urn order by 4 PM Eastern Standard Time we can ship in-stock items the same day. For orders with engraving, we always send a proof over for confirmation, and we need to receive confirmation before we can proceed with engraving. If you have an urgently needed order, please call us so we can assist you directly and make sure your order gets there on time.

 

Q: Do you sell directly to retail clients?

A: No, we operate as a wholesale provider to the funeral industry.

 

Q: Do you have printed copies of your catalogue available?

A: We certainly do.  If you'd like some catalogues sent out, please let us know. We can also send some along at no charge with your orders, or we can always mail some to you as well.
